Meet Tracy

Hi there, my name is Tracy Hockenberry and I am a Certified Nutritionist, Weight Loss Specialist, and Personal Trainer.

​

My specialty is creating personalized programs for individuals who are struggling with finding time to eat healthy and workout amidst their busy lives.  I work with busy professionals who are overwhelmed with life’s demands but still want to lose weight, increase energy, decrease stress, and feel great about their bodies!

Through my coaching and training, I teach you the tools to:

  • Transform your body, and love the person you see in the mirror

  • Have more energy and get more done in your day

  • Deal with life demands, while feeling in control and less stressed

  • Look and feel totally amazing by making simple, easy changes in your daily habits.

I have almost two decades of experience helping people transform their bodies.I have helped clients

Through my years of experience, I have learned what works and what doesn’t.   Our work together will deliver the most effective and efficient methods to give you the transformation you are looking for and to feel great!

And, when I’m not busy coaching or training with my clients, I love spending time with my two golden retrievers, Bailey and Bella.  I love to get outside with them for walks and enjoy nature and the fresh air. 

​

I am married to my best friend and business partner, John.  It is such a blessing to share your life with someone who can also just totally jam out on fitness talk all day!  Our idea of fun can be building new workout timers on a Saturday night – pretty wild, right?!

​

I spend time with my friends and family as much as I can.  With weeks being as busy as they are for me, my favorite thing to do on the weekend is chillax on the couch with my family and pets and watch a good movie.  There will never be enough of that… family time relaxing at home. 

​

Interested in learning more about what I do and how I can help you?   I am currently working with clients in person in the Drive studio for personal training, nutrition counseling, weight-loss counseling, and health coaching.  I am also accepting online clients for one-to-one coaching for weight loss, time management, fitness, and overall health and wellness.
