Data doesn’t lie – so let's get down to the numbers!  Measurements are a great way to document your baseline when beginning a new fitness and/or nutrition journey.

By tracking your body's changes over time, you'll be able to identify patterns, spot areas of improvement, and celebrate your achievements. The data we collect serves as a roadmap, guiding us in tailoring your personal training program to suit your unique needs and goals. It enables us to fine-tune your approach, making adjustments as necessary to ensure you're consistently moving towards your desired outcomes.

 

Assessments Available:

  • Body Weight and Measurements Tracking

  • Body Fat Percentage Composition (Skinfolds)

  • Max and Target Heart Rate

  • Blood Pressure and Oxygen Level

  • BMI and BMR

  • Strength and Endurance

Package of 3 Assessments: $90

Package of 6 Assessments: $150

Assessments are completed every four weeks.
