Hannah, our yoga instructor, brings over 15 years of experience and holds certifications in both yoga and Pilates. She offers a deep understanding of movement, flexibility, and core stability. Her approach blends mindfulness, mobility, and strength to help you reduce stress, improve recovery, and achieve a well-balanced body.
