Mindful Flow: Breathe, Move, and Elevate Your Practice Fridays at 12:00 PM Find your rhythm, build strength, and cultivate balance in Mindful Flow, a dynamic vinyasa class that seamlessly integrates breath and movement. This creative and energizing sequence will challenge you while offering space to explore your mobility, stability, and mindfulness. With a balance of strength-building postures and fluid transitions, you'll leave feeling both grounded and revitalized. All levels welcome, with modifications offered to meet you where you are. 🧘‍♂️✨

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking: All yoga sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is requested at the time of booking to secure your session; however, payment is also accepted upon arrival before the session begins. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full credit for future use. Cancellations made within less than 12 hours or no-shows will be non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Studio Etiquette: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session to settle in. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session. No outside shoes are allowed on the training floor. If shoes are required for your session, please bring clean, dry shoes and change into them upon entering the studio to help keep our space clean. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your practice!
